Manufacturing and Warehouse Fundamentals
Created by LearningQ in partnership with TECH Inc. of Hutchinson, Kansas
LearningQ and TECH Inc. designed this microlearning series to open real pathways into warehouse and manufacturing work for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The program combines clear instruction, short video lessons, and interactive practice to help learners build confidence and workplace-ready skills—at their own pace.
What This Course Teaches
Learners get a practical introduction to how warehouses and manufacturing facilities operate. Each lesson is under two minutes, uses plain language, and includes visuals, examples, and built-in questions to reinforce understanding.
The series builds essential skills that connect directly to success at work: safety awareness, reliability, attention to detail, following directions, and pride in quality.
This structure also makes it easy for job coaches, teachers, and families to support practice and discussion.
